I want to buy this http://i.imgur.com/7RUxcXF.png (5ms, max refresh rate: 50Hz)
Specifications are perfect for playing old consoles (Nes, Playstation, Dreamcast, Wii) are delay is not good ?

Just because the specs show a 5ms response time, that's only going from grey to grey and is a best case scenario. Ultimately the TV has to process whatever image it's supposed to be displaying, and that is what adds in extra lag. Older consoles that use analog connections (composite, component, s-video, scart RGB, VGA) will usually have a higher display lag since the signal has to be converted to digital before it can be displayed. Anything coming over a digital connection (DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort) will usually have much lower display lag, but it will still be way higher than the advertised 5ms. The only way to really cut down on the display lag for older consoles is to either buy a cheap CRT or use device similar to a Framemeister with a TV (which is very expensive for most gamers).

As for that TV, I cannot weigh in on how well it'll perform. It also doesn't seem to have been tested for display lag from what I can tell (google search is coming up empty). Hopefully someone else with experience with it can give some feedback on it.
I played my Nintendo NES Classic Mini with a big Sony Bravia, Super Mario Bros didn't have delay (composite)

that 5ms number is not the real input lag.

input lag is rarely advertised and you usually need dedicated websites to truly see good tests since manufacturers would rather lie or hide info to sell you a TV or monitor.

also, any HDTV in the market right now will have input lag. there are absolutely none that can do less than 1 frame and only the best PC monitors can do less than 1 frame currently. if you really want no lag, you'll have to get a CRT somewhere for old consoles. new consoles will have to deal with a fraction of lag always.

it sounds harsh and discouraging but that's reality. there's many ways to bring lag down to 1 frame and then adapt yourself to that low lag to be able to perform as good as with a CRT with most games.
