I just tried to stream tonight, but for some reason, it would say that my cap card is being used on a another device and then a message would say the remote host has closed me out and that the handshake failed.

Aside from the first problem, this has never happened to me before and I haven't received a message from twitch on violations, unless of course its the Internet provider or Twitch.  Any suggestions would help.

Uhh.....
Well, we need more information about what programs your using to stream along with what capture card your using. It may also have been an issue with what server you decided to stream to for Twitch.
Twitch was broken around the time you started the topic. You could keep watching streams but not open new pages or start streaming.
Nvm, I think it might've been the location I was using to broadcast my stream; I was using ashbury VA, but when I switched it to New York it was working like normal.  It might be better then the one I was using.  Thanks anyway.
