NP, take your time......

As long as the run gets done sometime, then i have no problem waiting for it!

Do it in your time we can wait.

How mutch improvment will it be from your test runs we have seen?

Significant.

1: Higher Quality video, considering I can get multipass to work, which will hopefully lower file size as well, since it will be one file.

2: I kick down doors and don't waste time trying to waste people, especially since this is on a higher difficulty and people like to carry guns.

3: It is on average, comparable to normal, and is a lot faster/entertaining than my previous attempts. Should be quite good actually.

2. I may have to use a different hosting site for this run, since it will most likely exceed the 1GB limit (though not by a lot, hopefully), and again, I am not responsible for the crappy download times FileFront gives. I am kinda pissed at them myself for them.

That's okay, I'm sure you need to submit an email if one were to register so this way works just fine. =)

If the file will be over 1GB http://skickafilen.se/ could be used as a mirror I think (says 2GB max on their front page altough I haven't tried it out myself so I don't really know how their system works).

So, have you had time to do some running? Had to ask, hehe. ^_^

Yes, yes I have. I am pushing to get this done over my spring break (next week) and finally releasing it. And yes, more than likely, it will be over 1GB, but not by much. We're close, we're very close...

The videos might be in the deletion queue, because no one has downloaded them in a while. Anyway, they are the old runs I did on Liebermode, and they aren't that good. As for this current run, once my finals are done I am busting this bad boy out. I am sick and tired of having it incomplete on my hard drive, so I will have to finish it to retain my sanity. It will be done, I'll just keep telling myself that. It will be done, it will be done...

I've got a little question,

What "Bystander Population" value do you use?

Because if you would use the maximum number, they will probably hinder you.
But if you use the value of 0, then you've got a little "slowdown" with the Petition Mission Wink

So I guess you use a value somewhere in the middle of it? Smiley

Argh, I've forgot something while I was typing the question (I was a little too quick with it I guess) and I remembered it just after posting it... Grin

One can just use the Waiting Lines for the Petition Mission... Smiley

True. I set it to 20, so I have people to beat up while moving from place to place. I can't beat up too many people, though, because on Average they carry guns.

In your earlier post you said you had a little trouble to have enough money (300 dollar) for the "Pay Ticket" mission on Thursday.
You got that solved now?
You can get enough money from the mission "Cash Paycheck" on Monday, just give the paycheck to the cashier and grab the moneybag from the safe, that'll give you exact 300 dollar (Plus 20 dollar you already start with Smiley

Ok, I will attempt to answer these in the order in which they were recieved:

1. I whack them with the shovel as I pass them purely for entertainment purposes. It doesn't waste time, just people.

2. This will be one segment per day, equalling five segments combined into one easy to view file.

3. I am on Friday now, I managed to pass Thursday with a little recon on where to grab money to pay the stupid ticket. Unfortunately I have another project that is taking up ALL my time this week, but once I submit it next weekend I will have time to finish this. I will complete this, even if it kills me. I need the hard drive space.

Oh, and one other thing. When the hillbillies kidnap you on Wednesday, you lose all your cash. That is why that won't work.

Hmm, you don't know about the uhm, "Drop item - Pick up item later" technique? Smiley

You can drop your money (Or any other item) on the ground somewhere and then do the "Piss on dad" mission.
After you get out of the Brewery, you can pick up the item again Smiley

But watch out for any bystanders, they could steal the item (Only when your in that certain area, if you're going through a Level Transition, it can't be stolen anymore).

But you already said it yourself that they are crap, now I'm convinced 8)

I hope your new Run will have much improvements.

Btw, did you know that when you need to get milk on Monday, you can walk against the door where the cashier is behind and when you've taken the milk and walk out of the shop, the cashier will not come after you Smiley

I'm not sure if it is really faster this way (Only a slight Left/Right Strafe is needed), but otherwise he can get in your way and/or damage you.

Well, I am already finished with Monday, but it doesn't matter, because I just ignore him anyway. No time lost, no need to go back. And yes, these runs are SIGNIFICANTLY better that those crap ones (they were more practice than anything). I think I will delete them once I release this run.

I just installed Postal 2 again and found something out.
Can it be helpful, if you are able to enter the Thursday area on Monday? I managed to do this.
