I'm working on a single-segment run atm, mainly trying to improve my skill rather than the "route". Things can get messy real quick. No real cuts found so far, just a couple of little things :

1) Often, when you enter the last room of a chapter, you can move for a couple of seconds before a dialogue begins. If you are fast enough, you can move towards an ennemy/a mine. You will die and skip the dialogue this way, but it doesnt save so much time.

2) There's a glitch when you break a melee weapon on its last use. When it breaks, there's that sound noticing you it broke and the game freezes for half a second or so. If you shift and melee towards an enemy quickly enough just after that, the game thinks you are still holding your melee weapon and you one shot this enemy.
