Legendary is a 2008 game developed by Spark Unlimited on the Unreal 3 Engine, and released on the PC, Xbox 360, and PS3. This game is often regarded as "Hilariously bad", only achieving a score of 47% on metacritic.
The game plays through the eyes of Charles Deckard, a man hired by a secret organization to steal a mysterious artifact. Instead, he ends up releasing the wraith of Pandora's Box upon the world. In return, the box gives Deckard the power of the 'Signet', a strange means of controlling the energy found within the creatures he's released. In a quest to set things rights, you fight through waves of werewolves, griffons, firedrakes, minotaurs and more.
Anyways, I've always had a feeling that this game could be really interesting to speedrun, and have begun doing a simple route through the game and trying to find tricks. On a simple 'speedwalk' through the game, it took me a little under 2:30:00 to complete the game. With a finished route (should have 1 together later tonight) I believe 1:30:00 to be a reasonable goal, if not lower.
I've already managed to find 1 trick that saves roughly 50-60 seconds (skips a cutscene), only problem is the timing is pretty tricky and you only get 1 shot at it.
