I've been trying to do the Jabu-Jabu without a fish glitch in Master Quest, but I can't get it to work. Are there any other things that aren't possible to do in MQ?

The fish skip to enter Jabu-Jabu does work on MQ, but more importantly.
The game is based on v1.2 and the only trick you can't do is early Frog Eyes to skip a chunk of the trading quest (100% runs).
You should check out:
www.zeldaspeedruns.com
as the tricks/runs database is more up to date there.

What about the recently discovered bongo bongo opening cutscene skip?
It's said to only work on 1.0 or 1.1, so this wouldn't work in MQ either.
