if its rated A for adult does that mean that it isnt sold in stores such as walmart or target or staples or best buy???

i know if its rated m its sold in walmart and such

This is really old (and porr grammar, too, wich makes me sad).

For every copy of the game with the Hot Coffee mod still in it, the rating has been changed to an A, but since that incident, Rockstar removed the mod from every newer copy of the game, so it's rated M.

And why the hell are you asking this?
