Recently bought an NES toploader that doesn't have an A/V and don't really wanna ship it out for modification and don't feel confident enough modding it myself

My tv has the cable input i can play my NES on my TV however it doesnt have A/V out only A/V in and wonder if this will be a problem

from what i understand i can buy a VCR or a dvd recorder i think? i just wanna make sure i get the right thing and can hook it up correctly

I looked at the SDA's getting started guide but i still feel a bit lost

Dapper as fuck.
Yeah you can use a VCR.  VCR's should have a coax in and a coax out, so you can attach your RF to the coax in, then run the coax out to your TV.  The VCR will need composite out to make this happen though, as you will need to then run that to your recording device.  Unfortunately the problem is this could and probably will make the video quality kind of bad for your recordings.  Getting it modded for composite is probably the best way to go if you can afford it, and ConHuevos does it for a reasonable price (I believe right around $30 excluding shipping).
if anyone could possibly help me find a VCR with the stuff required because i see a bunch of VCRs with ANT in and TV out but i dont see any really for coax in and the coax out unless these are the same thing but i've tried this on my cable box which has ANT in and AIR and and Video out but it doesnt work it just creates the white screen
HELLO!
ANT in *is* your RF in.
