So I recently got a GV-USB2, and I'm having some trouble getting it to work. When I preview/start stream with OBS, there's no picture from the card (just a big red block), which I seem to only be able to fix by switching to PAL-M, turning the input off and on again, then switching back to PAL-B (I'm based in the UK, as are all my consoles). Sometimes this still doesn't work. This seems to actually work properly on OBS Multiplatform, but I haven't streamed with that one yet. I've done a reinstall of the drivers since noticing this, and the same thing happens.

Also, both OBSs fail to support both the capture card and my (USB) webcam, showing only the first I add. I haven't found any solution to this, even temporary.

Is there a fix for either of these that people know? I'd rather not go through Amarec if possible - going straight into OBS works for some people, so it'd be great to get it to work for me. Thanks!

EDIT: I've since tried XSplit, and still can't grab both Webcam and Cap Card. I'm confused now.

The only thing that I can think of is trying 32 vs 64 bit OBS, however I doubt that'll make a difference in this case. This almost sounds like a hardware conflict going on. I assume both the cam and card are USB-connected, so I guess the obvious question is how many USB ports do you have?

Although I don't think this will do anything, may as well try it. Unplug both cam and card, reboot (not sure if you've done this, people like their uptime), and after boot, plug just one of them in. See if OBS accepts it, then plug the other one in. Also, if they're connected to a USB hub, just plugging them in directly to whatever you rig is.
