Fable: The Lost Chapters; SMW any%
There is already an SDA run, but it doesn't seem like the runner has found any skips or glitches? Anyone want to give it a shot with me? The run can be found here http://speeddemosarchive.com/Fable.html

Edit: This game reminds me of 3D Zelda Games in a lot of ways. Maybe it could be just as entertaining?
Thread title:
Might be magic...
There's at least two "glitches" I can think of that the existing run takes advantage of, but it's debatable whether they actually are true glitches or just poor game design:
* Assassin Rush spell makes the player invulnerable for a short period
* Buying lots of the same item then selling the entire stack to the same merchant can result in large profit margins and quick infinite money, due to the way the game's merchant system works. The current run abuses this in Bowerstone South with apple pies
The Dork Knight himself.

Those are the last two major topics for this game, and even though they dealt with the 100% category, a lot of the material is still relevant. The last topic I can find that dealt with the any% category is here: https://forum.speeddemosarchive.com/post/fable_sub_130_ss.html

gamma: those are just normal game features that get completely broken in a run Smiley
Remember your mantra.
Hello everyone,

I just bought this game on steam, after playing it 8 years ago, and feel it would be a short, fun run (I was dissapointed how short the casual compaing was, minus the bonus missions, even thr TLC.)

Anyway, my first hope was that someone here runs the game, and would be so kind to teach me. If not, maybe someone wants to run it also, and based on the curesnt SDA time, we have a goal to beat.

Either, or, message me here, and if you wanna work together, please contact me personally, or submit within this thread.

Cheers!
I have tought about running this game. I have completed it at least 10 times, maybe even 20 but its been some time since i last played it. When i get home in a few days ill mess around with it and read about it and decide if i give it a try. Not going to practice it hardcore now, since i started elder scrolls online but going to learn it kinda casually probably.

First things first, head to the game page and watch the current run. Most of the run is pretty self explanatory, but if you do have questions there is a high chance they've been answered in the older forum topics (which I linked above).
