Dead Rising 3 Speed Runner
Created this thread just to help others that decide to run a "not well known" RPG game a few tricks and tips, I've done a complete run with a in game time around the 2hr 15min mark that I feel could easily be a sub 2.  But below are a few tricks I've discovered whilst playing through the game.

Fighting Evil Orcus

At the top of the screen you have an order or who goes next in attacking, if you manage to kill everyone but Orcus you'll be able to knock his character off the order bar, eliminating him from attacking you so you can turbo the rest of the battle without healing yourself, it's plausible if this works with this fight it'll work for the other fights, however you'll need to increase the speed stat for it to work well against future bosses.

Playing Chillax on Chapter 1

In the first area, you have the mandatory fight with the skeleton, turbo that fight and you can escape all other fights until the boss fight. Collect the rope from the left room and climb down the hole in the wall, electrocute yourself on the floors to flip the switch faster and eat the pizzas so you're near fully healed and head to where the boss is. There isn't any need to collect any weapons or gold here as you can get the 100g's from the King in Chapter 2 which you can use to get the 500g's from the hero's secret in the museum to buy your stuff with. It's possible for the boss to kill 1/2 of your team off but it's unlikely they will defeat you on chillax, possible that you can survive this chapter in classic mode too with the same strats.

Buying weapons

From my first run, I've noticed so long as you have the powers to attack with and plenty of hp/mp items, you can survive until the 4th chapter without having to equip/buy weapons, however if you feel like safety strats, the orcs outside of orcus' base drop a few weapons that you can equip your team with.

Powers

Johnny - Anything with high damage and gives the "Hate" effect to the enemies, Unstoppable is good to reserve the healing items as well.
Mike - Bull's strength to ideally boost Johnny's power damage against boss fights. Bomb/Molotov to damage in between healing others. Resurrection.
Nigel - Magic Missile to deal damage.
Francis - First of the North star to freeze the enemy and push them back in the attack order, sneak attack for additional damage, any power that damages strength of the enemy.

From experience so far playing the game, the hardest fights for me were the St. Moriaz as you are still a low level against and the hero's fight near the end of the game. The final boss has 2 cruel magic spells that can cripple everyone's health down a lot but if you have good healing powers (or if you brought the giga potions from the store near the end for 200g's) it shouldn't be much of an issue. Having Mike learn Resurrection and having a stock of one ups is ideal as well. The team order I've mainly gone for is have Francis as the leader so both him and Johnny can have the speed boost.

Will update more along the following days as I'm still looking at what's needed/not needed in the run and if there is any powers that kills bosses faster.
