I think a run of Desperados 2 would be great and I'd enjoy watching it but I don't have any solid strategies layed out yet so anyone who wants to run the game or has any thoughts is welcome here. I would be working on the run as much as I can and I would do my best to help complete it even if I don't end up the one doing it. If you haven't played this game yet now is your chance to chatch up on it, it's a great title and I would recommend it to anyone who likes tactical stealth strategies.

I would like to know if I can run this game at 1920x1080p for the run? The game is a bit old now so in order to run it in HD you have to edit some of the configuration files to adjust the resolution to your desires. I know that in order for a run to be official the game cannot be edited so I was wondering if changing the resolution outside of the game is allowed and won't ruin the attempt. The game actually supports any resolution I put in without streching or anyhting and it looks gorgeus in 1080p for it's age. If I can run it like this without breaking the rules it would make a beauftiful run I'm sure!

Also the only problem for that resolution is the FOV of the game but it can be adjusted just as well from the configuration files. I still have to work on the precise number that will make it look normal though because there is FOV for every different camera in the game - strategic view, 3D person view...

Anyways what I'm asking is...Is it going to be an eligable run if the game's resolution and FOV are edited outside of the game's options menus(no changes to gameplay just visuals to make the game look prettier)?
