Unless you want to reencode each file to a 10mbps xvid file, individually (not stitched together) and send all of those my way, then no.

But I'm not syncing that. Somebody else would have to.

Actually now that I think about it, no. I'd have to make a segment for each fraps file, and fuck that and fuck you for suggesting it. Wink

Am I missing OoT, or is not on the list yet?

I love you UA! hahahaha
Awesome job on the videos everyone!

For FF7 part 1, at 2:59:57 in the video, something strange happens (the video jumps backwards and the commentary and details disappear). Everything comes back at 3:13:21.

But then, at 3:14:03, everything skips ahead about an hour (according to the running timer).

I wasn't watching at the time, did something happen to the recording? Or is there lost footage?
SEGA Junkie
I know something happened where I think we had to reboot the streaming PC and wsplit had a manual adjustment on the stream, but I don't remember the exact details of that (and certainly haven't been monitoring this thread closely enough to know if there was any sync issue).

I may have fucked up stitching that together (I'll recheck it now) but basically twitch died and I thought it was the streaming machine so I ended up rebooting it, so there's about 10-15 minutes of downtime.

Edit: Yeah, I definitely fucked something up. I'll have to reencode it from scratch now. Dammit.

Edit 2: Holy shit, I managed to put a sync point in as negative. How my script didn't completely explode I have no idea.

Edit 3:

The server the videos are hosted on has apparently experienced a hard drive failure, so any changes I make are stalled until that gets fixed. I can still upload, but nothing new will show up until they fix it. Thank you for your patience.
Ouch, well, I guess its time to play the waiting game.

Just a quick question, is there a reason System Shock 2 doesn't have sync points yet?  I just quickly did it.

System Shock 2:

Once I verify sync on Earthbound and SM64, the only runs left to sync up are stuff we're waiting for footage from trihex, and FF7 part 2, which I'm syncing myself.

I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!

Watching the encoder churn through a billion files is oddly cathartic.

Wow, my footage didn't kill you or make you smash computer screens?  Nice. Smiley

Can't wait to see.

Edit: That was awesome!  It definitely stretches out the screen to weird proportions, but it looks NICE.  Thanks UA! Smiley
Has the fixed FF7 been uploaded yet?

That would be why it's listed in the stuff I uploaded, yes.

Right now the encoder is churning through a bunch of backlogged HQ/IQ stuff. I can't encode Mirror's Edge or Galaxy until I finish up with those, for reasons of hard drive space. It's complicated. Might be a few days before you see either of those.
Ah, duh. I was looking at the verified sync list that has some that aren't up yet. Thanks, and great job.
Fucking Weeaboo
I want to give an extra big thanks to UraniumAnchor.  When I put my camera up on the TV at the marathon and started recording, I wasn't expecting to have the footage added to the download here - I was initially gonna put it on YouTube by itself as a little bonus.  But I'm not sure how I came up with the idea of having it tacked on here, but for taking the footage and adding it to the other recordings - YOU ARE THE MAN!  Thank you very much, UA. That might be archive's fault, then, because I know I uploaded a new copy yesterday.

Guess I'll delete the one and reupload again just to be extra sure.
Don't know what to speedrun :(
Thanks for doing all this work UA. I have been waiting for the Contra runs with baited breath because I really want to see the 2 player 1 controller run. I looked at the runs that are up there and it's not the: Contra, SuperC, or Contra 3 run. Is the name something different? I hope I'm not just being dumb and missing it.
Not a walrus
Contra 3 is actually two runs, the normal co-op run and the 2P1C run.
Don't know what to speedrun :(
Ah I see. I just didn't get far enough in the video. Thanks!
