My feelings on The Demon Rush
Yeah, I'm throwing both of these in the same topic.
People staying for 8 days
I would love to say you can all stay at the house, but there are at least 20 people staying for 8 days, which is too many people. Yes, there were that many people in the house at the marathon, but anyone who was there can tell you how crowded the house was. We need to get at least one room at the Hilton for 5-8 people (just cram everyone in). It's close by so we should be able to drive people there, even late at night if we drink because it's a short drive.
The hotel promotion code should still apply to the 12th, so the price should be very reasonable.
MAGFest registration
Okay, I *think* we don't have to get any rooms at the hotel if everyone wants to stay at the house because there will only be about 13-14 people going to MAGFest who aren't already staying at the hotel. We'll need a bunch of sleeping bags, but I think everyone will fit.
Registration itself
Okay, what's really awesome about registration this year is that we can register up to 50 (!) people in the same group. Now we won't have anywhere near 50 people this year, but it's good to know we can register everyone at once.
Update October 31st: I pre-registered for 13 badges thanks to Stanski. Everyone who hasn't paid yet owes me 30 dollars and can just pay through paypal (mikw_uyma and it's a hotmail.com address, and yes, there is an underscore).
