Upgrade Lakilester.
Go to Sushi Dock, then unequip spike shield, close call, and Mega Rush for quick change.
Use Bow’s Fan Smack, regular smack, charge 3 times and power bounce down to 5. Have Bow kill a baby blooper, then the second, after the Mega Blooper Dies.
Open the Yoshi Village Pipe

Don’t go up the stairs to the right of upgrade block, use Bombette to get the star key.
