This is currently the WR for the game as of this post. I've never played GTA 3 so I don't know what constitutes cheating, but I didn't see anything out of the ordinary.

This run is nuts. With the long history of speedrunning GTA3 and the popularity of the game itself, it's not too surprising that the record both looks super tight and includes many strats and glitches that aren't intuitive to the casual viewer. I don't think there is much constructive I can say about this run. Just a big congrats to the runner and

"submission" - Man, this word confused me for a moment. :O Sub-mission.

If you're around reading this, I'd like to suggest adding in the the rest of the missions into the written commentary even if you're not saying anything about them. Would make it easier to follow. The extra mile past that would be adding time stamps to each mission.

I'm the most impressed by the fact that anyone found a way to fly the Dodo for longer than 3 seconds. You can tell the devs weren't accounting for that possibility by how many buildings don't even have roofs Tongue

Added the timestamps.

Every mission should be included in the order they appear in (except for 'Ransom' which is a cutscene). Some missions are bundled together to avoid redundancy and/or they are used for some instapass/dupe setup.
