2:10 - so is this death also on purpose? Judging by all the other intentional ones, my best guess is "yes".

Yes, the death at 2:10 was intentional. In the comments, it was mentioned as one of the deaths against the cave frogs. Initially, I took all deaths in this stage by getting hit. It's slightly faster to fall off-screen though (there is a death animation associated with dying from a hit or collision).

Fixed the misspelling.
